Our Commitment to Quality

We offer a seamless exchange process for our boutique collection to ensure your total satisfaction.

Policy Overview

Your utmost satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange option within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability. Please note: 1. All sales are final and we operate a strict no-refund policy. 2. Exchanges are only permitted for pieces sold from available stock. Any product(s) sourced or customized especially for you are not applicable for exchanges.

Boutique Tune-Ups

Sometimes, dissatisfaction might be due to the fit. We encourage you to book a "Frame Tune-Up" at any of our Punjab Optical stores where our expert technicians can perform simple adjustments to completely uplift your comfort level.

Pre-conditions for Exchange

All exchanges are subject to a thorough quality check. Contact Lenses: Boxes must be unopened and in original condition. We do not accept exchanges if the box has been tampered with. Sunglasses & Frames: - Must be in unused and unworn condition. - Original security tags must remain attached. - Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided. - All tags, warranty certificates, and luxury packaging must be included in their original condition.

The Exchange Process

i. To process your exchange, please photograph the item while opening the parcel, showing its condition clearly. ii. Request the exchange via your online order history dashboard or write to our concierge at concierge@eyeloveyou.com / contact us via our support line at +92 (300) 123-4567 within 48 hours of delivery with your invoice and your unboxing photographs. iii. Once approved, ship the product to our boutique address. Ensure packaging is secure. We do not accept in-store returns/exchanges for online purchases. iv. We will notify you upon receipt. Please allow 3–4 working days for quality verification.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we require video or photograph proof of the unboxing showing the parcel opening and the item condition clearly. This must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will prioritize an exchange for a replacement item of equal or higher value.

Gifts & Late Exchanges

Items received as gifts may be exchanged only with original proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
