No Refund Policy

Your utmost satisfaction is our priority. Please note that all sales are final, and we operate a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange option within 48 hours of delivery.

Store Credit & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability. You can apply your exchange request to any other frame in stock. If the new product price is higher, the difference must be paid. All tags must remain attached and original condition preserved.

Frame Tune-Ups

Often, discomfort is simply a matter of fit. We encourage you to visit any Punjab Optical boutique for a complimentary "Frame Tune-Up." Our master technicians can perform precision adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

Pre-conditions for Exchange

All items returned for exchange must pass a thorough quality check: Contact Lenses: Boxes must be unopened and in original condition. Sunglasses & Frames: - Must be in unused and unworn condition. - Original tags must be attached. - Original invoice must be provided. - All tags, warranty cards, catalogues, and luxury dust bags must be returned in original condition. - Photographing the item while opening the parcel, showing its condition clearly, is required to process any exchange.
